The development spans over 6,000 acres, featuring 20 cabins designed for year-round occupancy in one- to three-bedroom configurations. A central lodge acts as the focal point for guest services, complemented by Southwind Kitchen and Saloon, which offers a rooftop deck and dining options for both visitors and local residents. The site also incorporates a retail market and a drive-thru coffee service to round out its amenities.
Beyond the primary grounds, guests gain access to the 18-hole Johnny Miller-designed Rising Sun Golf Course at the nearby Mountain Sky Guest Ranch. General Manager Kayla Russum noted that the project aims to balance accessibility with the rugged landscape of Southwest Montana. The property facilitates outdoor recreation through guided hiking, wildlife viewing, and equestrian programs, alongside partnerships for regional fishing and whitewater rafting excursions. Reservations for autumn and winter 2026 are currently available through the official project website.
