The transaction represents approximately 0.30% of OCI’s issued share capital. Following this acquisition, NNS Holding now controls 116,757,994 shares, or roughly 55.24% of the total capital. When combined with the holdings of Nassef Sawiris, who is classified as a bidder under Dutch regulations, the total stake reaches 117,147,724 shares, accounting for 55.43% of the company.
NNS indicated that it may continue to purchase shares outside of the formal offer framework, provided such actions comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Any future acquisitions or significant trading activities will be disclosed through public channels to ensure transparency for all shareholders. The firm, founded in 2008, manages a diversified multi-asset platform and maintains that its current focus remains on the fulfillment of its existing public offer obligations.
