The event, scheduled for December 15–16, focuses on the evolution of luxury from a tangible product to an emotionally resonant experience. Tina Edmundson, President of Luxury at Marriott International, will open the sessions with an interview conducted by Forbes Travel Guide CEO Hermann Elger. Their discussion is slated to address brand positioning and the changing expectations of the global luxury consumer. Carolyne Doyon, President & CEO of Club Med North America & Caribbean, will also take the stage to discuss her strategy behind the brand's recent revenue growth and its push into the premium market.
Beyond these keynote appearances, the conference program covers a broad spectrum of industry challenges, including the integration of AI, wellness trends, sustainable development, and workforce management. ILHA President Barak Hirschowitz emphasized that the value of the gathering lies in the candid debate between investors, owners, and operators. The conference follows an internal board meeting on December 14 and concludes with an invitation-only dinner for stakeholders on the final evening. Registration is currently open through the organization's website.
