Conforti steps into the role with two decades of experience in organizational leadership. Most recently, she served as Chief Development and Partnerships Officer at Accion, where she restructured development functions and spearheaded a three-year growth strategy. Her career includes significant stints at JA Worldwide, where she secured record-breaking grants, and Partners In Health, focusing on institutional fundraising and global expansion.
At Vitamin Angels, Conforti joins the Executive Leadership Team to manage philanthropy, institutional giving, and donor engagement. President and CEO Ana Céspedes highlighted the necessity of this appointment, noting that the organization aims to refine its collaborative approach to global health. The move aligns with the group's broader mission to leverage evidence-based nutrition solutions for pregnant women and children in low-resource environments. With a reach currently spanning 74 million individuals annually, the organization is positioning Conforti to drive the sustainability and long-term partnerships required to meet increasing global demand.
