The production team scouted the property in early 2025, seeking a location that offered both aesthetic appeal and logistical flexibility. According to Jessie Boskamp, duty manager at Ariva, the complex was selected because it allowed the crew to capture high-stakes drama without ever leaving the premises. From mid-March to mid-May, the cast occupied fully furnished serviced residences, while the production team utilized the property's three pools, fitness centers, and outdoor lounges to film the season's core conflicts.
To ensure each narrative thread had its own visual identity, the production team curated distinct themes and color palettes for the six primary cast apartments. These spaces were designed to reflect individual personalities, creating a backdrop that felt personal rather than institutional. The staff at Ariva noted that the collaboration was seamless, describing the crew as highly organized and respectful of the permanent residents living on the property. As the July 15 premiere date arrives, the complex is preparing to see its own resort-style amenities, including the resident-exclusive food truck Nourish, take a prominent role on screen alongside hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey.
