Ulta Beauty President and CEO Kecia Steelman praised Garcia’s transition, noting his background in AI and digital innovation as critical assets for the company’s "Ulta Beauty Unleashed" strategy. Garcia brings over 25 years of experience to the role, having previously led e-commerce and cybersecurity efforts at Domino’s since 2012, following a stint at R. L. Polk & Company.
As Garcia departs, Domino’s has filled its own leadership gap by appointing Moneka Krouse as Vice President of Decision Science and Customer Intelligence. Krouse arrives from PepsiCo, where she spent over 13 years managing commercial strategy and advanced analytics. She intends to prioritize AI-enabled decision-making to drive growth across the pizza chain’s global franchise system.
