Kirsh steps into the role immediately, succeeding founder David Konur, who will transition to Chairman of the Board. Konur, who launched the company in 2023 alongside Lee Equity Partners, spent the last three years building a network that now includes more than 425 providers across seven states. As Chairman, Konur intends to focus on long-term strategy, industry partnerships, and acquisition opportunities.
Before joining the company’s board last November, Kirsh spent three decades as a practicing urologist and executive. His track record includes the 2025 sale of Solaris Health to Cardinal Health for approximately $2.4 billion. A vocal proponent of independent medicine, he previously led the Large Urology Group Practice Association and has testified before Congress on healthcare policy. Kirsh now oversees a platform of roughly 440 providers, aiming to broaden access to cardiac, vascular, and electrophysiology services at a time when cardiovascular disease remains the primary cause of death in the United States.
