Rosario Ingargiola Joins eCapital as Chief Digital Assets Officer

Ingargiola brings a track record of building institutional technology platforms across capital markets and digital assets to the Miami-based firm. His mandate involves scaling the company’s proprietary technology to improve transparency and efficiency in specialty finance. Before joining eCapital, he served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Derisked Digital Group and founded Bosonic, an institutional digital asset infrastructure company.

CEO Marius Silvasan emphasized that the hire is central to the company’s broader strategy, which relies on integrating intelligent platforms directly into its financial services. Ingargiola’s background includes developing patented financial market infrastructure and leading enterprise-level transformations. He will now focus on accelerating the company's growth by refining its approach to asset distribution and long-term enterprise value, aiming to consolidate eCapital's position in the evolving specialty finance sector.
