Starting this September, the programme targets businesses operating in sectors ranging from gut health and functional nutrition to longevity and stress management. Participants will gain direct mentorship from industry veterans, including Thriva CEO Hamish Grierson and The Gut Stuff founder Alana McFarlane Kempner, alongside institutional support from HSBC Innovation Banking and TikTok Shop.
Paul Finch, co-founder of Growth Studio, identified cash flow, compliance, and retail readiness as the primary hurdles for emerging brands. By providing access to a curated network of retailers and commercial experts, the initiative seeks to move beyond traditional mentorship. The programme concludes in November with a pitch event, where two companies will secure TikTok Shop support packages valued at £150,000 each to fuel their expansion.
