The open-access locker network is designed to accommodate all major logistics providers, such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and UPS, allowing for 24-hour collection and returns. Beyond retail deliveries, the units function as local service points through collaborations with companies like KeyNest, Stasher, and Qeepl. This physical presence spans diverse host sites ranging from Shell service stations and Northern Rail platforms to Stonegate Group pubs and Buzz Bingo halls.
Geoffrey Godet, CEO of Quadient, characterized the expansion as a fundamental shift in delivery management, emphasizing the demand for dense, scalable infrastructure that reduces operational costs and environmental impact. With over 28,200 units currently installed worldwide, the company remains focused on its global target of 40,000 lockers by 2030, aiming to cement its role in the evolving out-of-home delivery landscape.
