Person previously served as a key architect behind the company’s transition into warehouse lending and the expansion of its asset-backed securities platform. His track record at the firm includes negotiating a pivotal warehouse agreement with Deutsche Bank and refining the company’s financial analysis functions to better track loan servicing performance.
Before joining the Pompano Beach lender, Person held executive roles at Regional Management Corp. and Global Lending Services. At the latter, he managed the company’s inaugural $150 million 144A securitization. CEO George Fussell noted that Person’s background in liquidity management and strategic forecasting makes him the right choice to oversee the company’s next phase of growth and capital efficiency.
