The weekend kicks off Friday with an exclusive five-course dinner, where celebrity chefs Amanda Rockman, Maribel Rivero, and Kevin Taylor will collaborate with the resort’s culinary directors, Gilbert Moore and Tommy Suddeth. Each course features curated pairings from California and regional Texas vineyards. Saturday shifts to interactive education, offering guests a chance to observe live cooking demonstrations and engage directly with the featured chefs.
The festival’s centerpiece, the Wine, Dine & Jazz Stroll, allows attendees to sample regional culinary offerings while moving through the grounds. The atmosphere is soundtracked by a heavy roster of jazz talent, including saxophonists Paul Taylor and Michael Paulo, guitarist Steve Oliver, and keyboardist Gregg Karukas. Beyond the festival programming, the resort remains open for its standard recreational activities, including championship golf and racquet sports. Tickets and overnight packages for the two-day celebration are currently available through the resort’s website.
