Under the direction of chair Crystal Jiang, the development represents one of the final large-scale land offerings in the region. The project features sites ranging from two-and-a-half to over 12 acres, positioned to overlook the Santa Lucia Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Architecture at the site emphasizes natural materials like stone and weathered wood, incorporating art curation services and advanced fiber-optic connectivity to cater to a global clientele.
Beyond private residences, the community anchors itself in the restoration of the 20-acre September Ranch. This facility preserves the area’s equestrian heritage while providing modern dressage arenas and 12 miles of riding trails for both residents and the public. To support a global lifestyle, the development offers members access to a network of exclusive clubhouses in cities including London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, alongside its proximity to the Monterey Regional Airport and the tech hubs of Silicon Valley.
