Beyond his formal complaint, Birkhead expressed deep skepticism toward the project’s artistic merits. He noted that the casting of Abbie Cornish as Smith fails to capture the model’s true character, a critique he has leveled at various portrayals over the years. While 19-year-old Dannielynn has not issued a public statement, Birkhead reports that she has expressed her own disapproval of the film.
