Keeper Security Hits $225M ARR as AI Identity Demands Surge

Chicago-based Keeper Security has crossed the $225 million annual recurring revenue milestone, marking a 300% increase since 2021. As enterprises scramble to secure a rapidly expanding ecosystem of non-human identities and autonomous AI agents, the company is positioning its platform as the new standard for identity-first defense.

The company’s rapid ascent, currently outpacing industry growth rates by a factor of four, follows the 2025 release of KeeperPAM. This platform, designed to manage both human and machine credentials, has seen 10x year-over-year revenue growth. With a customer base exceeding 95,000 organizations, Keeper is addressing a critical security gap: non-human identities now outnumber human ones by a ratio of 150:1, creating vast, ungoverned attack surfaces within enterprise environments.

CEO Darren Guccione emphasizes that the shift toward autonomous systems necessitates a unified approach to privileged access. By integrating secrets management, database oversight, and endpoint privilege control into a single cloud-native architecture, the firm aims to capture the evolving market for AI-native security. With a debt-free balance sheet and a clear trajectory toward $1 billion in ARR, the company is actively preparing for potential public market entry.
