The company's June figures further underscore this upward trajectory, with monthly net revenues reaching NT$65.78 billion. This represents a 4.4% gain over May and a significant 32.9% surge compared to the same month in 2025. In U.S. dollar terms, the monthly revenue hit $2.09 billion, reflecting steady growth across global markets.
The ATM business unit—focusing on assembly, testing, and materials—served as a primary engine for this expansion. Quarterly revenues for the division climbed to NT$126.15 billion, a 12.2% jump from the first quarter. On an annual basis, the ATM segment outperformed previous benchmarks by 36.3%, highlighting the critical role of these specialized services in the current semiconductor manufacturing landscape.
