Her career includes a decade at Ocado Group, where she played a pivotal role in supporting strategic mergers, divestments, and fundraising efforts exceeding £1.5 billion. Following her tenure at Ocado, she served as Group CFO for the unicorn-status European online grocer Rohlik Group before transitioning to her current leadership position at Holland & Barrett.
Beyond her corporate roles, Bajaj is an active angel investor and advisor to various startups, focusing on finance, tax, and business strategy across international markets. She joins a judging committee that includes representatives from JD Sports, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. The competition, which celebrates omnichannel innovation, will culminate in an awards ceremony at The HAC in Central London on November 4, 2026.
