Soloway, who built the Amityville-based company into a prominent manufacturer of fire and intrusion alarm systems, will shift his focus toward long-term strategic planning and product innovation. He remains Chairman of the Board, ensuring a collaborative transition as Buchel assumes control of day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, and the execution of financial objectives.
Buchel brings over 25 years of experience within the organization to his new post. Having served as President and COO for the past two years, he is tasked with steering the company through its next phase of growth. The Board of Directors indicated that this dual-leadership structure is intended to maintain continuity while accelerating the firm's expansion in the electronic security market.
