NASA and Saatva HR Leaders to Headline McLean & Company Signature 2026

Brady Pyle, the former NASA HR executive, and Saatva Chief People Officer Maureen Burke will headline the Signature 2026 conference in Las Vegas. From October 4–6, the two will address how organizational culture and employee experience drive performance in an era defined by rapid technological and structural change.

Pyle, currently serving as Chief Human Resources and Inclusion Officer at Space Center Houston, brings three decades of experience from his tenure at NASA. His keynote, "Building Culture the NASA Way," examines how leaders can foster resilience and innovation within mission-critical environments. Drawing from his time coaching astronauts and engineers, Pyle intends to provide attendees with a blueprint for establishing trust and accountability across high-performing teams.

Burke offers a different vantage point, having navigated Saatva’s rapid expansion from 180 to over 800 employees since 2021. Her presentation, "From Brand Promise to Employee Experience: Making 'Total Life Success' Real," outlines how companies can align their core values with the daily lives of their workforce. By bridging the gap between brand identity and employee engagement, Burke aims to show how organizations can maintain authenticity while scaling.

Hosted at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, the event centers on the theme "Human-Centric, Future-Ready." Jennifer Rozon, President of McLean & Company, noted that the conference seeks to provide HR executives with actionable strategies to balance technological adoption with human-first leadership. The gathering is expected to host more than 700 HR professionals, offering a mix of panels, peer exchanges, and direct access to research-backed advisory services.
