According to CEO Jason Zipprian, the recognition validates the company’s long-standing focus on its workforce, which handles complex national projects ranging from solar installations to EV charging infrastructure. The company currently generates over $1 billion in annual revenue, maintaining a vast network of field and operations teams.
Unlike awards based on self-reported applications, the Top Workplaces designation is determined through verified employee survey responses focused on six core indicators of high performance. Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, noted that the badge serves as a primary indicator of trust for both job seekers and corporate clients. The 2026 winners were formally acknowledged at the National Awards Summit in Nashville and featured across USA TODAY digital platforms.
