Hully, who joined the firm during a period of significant operational change, highlighted the company’s navigation through the financial distress of late 2023 and the subsequent stabilization provided by new ownership under Coupang. In a farewell message to colleagues, he cited the successful migration to the MoEngage platform as a pivotal achievement, noting that the transition to AI-powered dynamic targeting will serve as a cornerstone for the company’s future data strategy.
Reflecting on his departure, Hully noted that he intends to step outside his two-decade career in retail to pursue a new professional chapter next month. He leaves the CRM, Loyalty, and Analytics departments under the leadership of Ruby Burton, George Williams, and Tomás Lagoá Iglésias, who will oversee the continued integration of the company’s customer data initiatives.
