The curriculum focused on the nuts and bolts of ministry expansion, ranging from vision development and team recruitment to the complexities of church governance and fundraising. By facilitating direct access to veteran pastors and administrative coaches, the organization aims to bridge the gap between initial conviction and the practical realities of launching a sustainable religious institution.
Director of Church Planting Marc Cleary emphasized that these sessions prioritize both professional skill-building and the cultivation of a supportive peer network. For many participants, this gathering functions as the mandatory entry point into the broader ARC support ecosystem, which includes ongoing assessment and access to institutional resources. The organization plans to continue its 2026 training cycle this September at Daybreak Church in Carlsbad, California.
