Sandoval’s representatives framed the court’s decision as a vindication of his own legal standing. The former Bravo star had previously secured a restraining order and a move-out mandate against both Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, following a June 3 altercation. His team cited photographic evidence and police reports, claiming footage from that night captures Robinson punching Sandoval in the face. They maintain he never physically harmed the 34-year-old model.
These claims stand in direct opposition to allegations filed by Robinson on July 3. In her petition, she detailed a pattern of abuse, including an incident in May 2026 where she alleged Sandoval shoved her to the ground and locked her out of a hotel room, and an August 2025 confrontation that she claims resulted in visible knee injuries. Meanwhile, Will Robinson has publicly challenged Sandoval’s account, alleging on social media that the reality star attempted to overpower his daughter and threatened him during the June 3 dispute. He further claimed that his daughter remains the primary financial provider for their shared Hollywood rental, characterizing Sandoval’s lifestyle as unstable.
