Sterling Hawkins, ranked among the top 30 global leadership speakers, will anchor the event. Hawkins, who has advised organizations ranging from the United Nations to Fortune 500 firms, plans to address the specific pressures of modern legal practice, focusing on how leaders can adapt to shifting client expectations and the integration of artificial intelligence.
Hunter Steele, CEO of Smokeball, noted that the move to Chicago is intended to bring the firm’s signature blend of education and professional networking to a U.S. audience. The day will open at Cindy’s Rooftop, followed by four tracks of CLE-accredited programming covering ethics, business strategy, and the implementation of legal technology. Participants can choose from 15 expert speakers before concluding the evening at the venue’s Venetian Gothic Game Room. Early bird registration remains open through July 31, 2026.
