Founded in 2003, Sundance Networks built its reputation as a regional leader in IT support and AI consulting. The firm gained recognition earlier this year at the MSP Summit, where it received an AI Excellence Award for its ability to tailor complex technological solutions to specific client compliance and budgetary needs. This acquisition follows a year-long integration process where Sundance participated in The 20’s peer group, allowing both companies to align their operational models before finalizing the purchase.
Tim Conkle, founder and CEO of The 20 MSP, noted that the move is designed to bolster his company’s AI service capabilities. Ryan Miller, leader of Sundance Networks, will remain with the organization to spearhead these development efforts. Pinecrest Capital Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction, which is the latest in a series of acquisitions fueled by The 20’s internal peer group pipeline.
