Trivett’s arrival coincides with a strategic push by Ingrid to modernize how brands manage their delivery infrastructure. The platform recently enabled luxury retailer Osprey London to overhaul its fragmented legacy systems, replacing them with a unified interface that supports ship-from-store, nominated-day delivery, and integrated returns. According to Ben Jones, Head of E-commerce & Technology at Osprey London, the integration has shifted delivery from a background operational expense to a primary revenue and loyalty tool.
By centralizing these functions, Ingrid aims to provide merchants with the agility to adapt to shifting consumer demands. Piotr Zaleski, CPTO and Co-Founder of Ingrid, noted that the company’s focus remains on helping brands treat logistics as a core component of customer retention. Moving forward, Osprey London intends to leverage this infrastructure to integrate delivery perks directly into its upcoming loyalty program, offering members benefits such as extended returns windows and free fulfillment options.
