Submissions for the 2026 awards are open until October 2nd, with the final list of contenders scheduled for announcement on October 6th. The program is free to enter, though applicants are encouraged to provide comprehensive details regarding projects completed or substantially finished within the last 12 months. An independent panel of judges—featuring representatives from Amazon, Walmart, JD Sports, Boots, and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants—will evaluate entries following a two-week review period starting October 7th.
Winners and highly commended organizations will be honored during an event at The HAC, which includes a reception and dinner. Beyond the ceremony, successful entrants receive industry exposure through the Retail Technology Innovation Hub website and the organization’s printed magazine.
