Circus SE keeps new leadership appointment under wraps until July

The incoming leader brings a decade of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, and international expansion, specifically within the aviation and automotive technology sectors. His arrival marks a shift in the executive suite, as current Co-CEO Claus Holst Gydesen moves to the role of advisory board chairman. Meanwhile, Nikolas Bullwinkel will continue his tenure as the company’s sole Managing Director and CEO.

The leadership shuffle also sees the departure of Fabian Becker, who leaves his position as CFO after five years to pursue independent entrepreneurial ventures. Despite exiting the executive team, Becker will maintain a connection to the organization by serving in an advisory capacity and joining the supervisory board of Circus Defence SE.
