Stiles Company Acquired by Accurate Meter & Supply

Ian and Katie Kasowitz, who purchased the Norwood, Massachusetts-based Stiles in 2020, will remain in their leadership roles to guide the team through this transition. The acquisition aims to bolster technical service capabilities and expand product offerings across the Northeast, leveraging the combined organizational focus on municipal water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure.

Caleb Burson, President of Accurate Meter & Supply, noted that the move aligns with the company's strategy to scale its technical expertise and service reach. Dayne Burson, Co-Chairman of Accurate, emphasized that the two firms share a cultural commitment to customer-centric distribution. Following the deal, Stiles will continue to provide its core portfolio, including mechanical and electronic water meters, alongside its established field testing and technical support services.
