Hollister has unveiled a 6,000 sq ft space in the Lower Red Mall, positioning its apparel and fragrance collections alongside existing tenants like Zara and Mango. Meanwhile, Timberland has occupied a 2,567 sq ft unit in the Upper Red Mall to showcase its heritage outerwear and signature footwear. Ben Cox, director at Sovereign Centros from CBRE, noted that the arrival of these brands signals confidence in the center’s ability to attract global retailers. Scott Clarke-Bryan, managing director at Abercrombie & Fitch Co, described the move as a strategic investment in high-footfall destinations to facilitate a more integrated omnichannel shopping experience for North East customers.
