The acquisitions include Louisville Auto Spring & Brake, a Kentucky-based firm dating back to 1927 that specializes in custom spring manufacturing and complex trailer repairs. The deal also brings in Kansas City’s Mid-States Tire and Retread, which provides 24/7 mobile roadside assistance, and the Colton Truck Terminal Garage in Southern California, a long-standing facility focused on heavy-duty brake and suspension systems.
These additions align with the company's strategy to integrate parts procurement with expanded service offerings, including mobile repair lines. According to Joe Petosa, partner at Sope Creek Capital and CFO of Road Warrior, the goal is to consolidate high-caliber regional experts into a unified national team. David Washbish, the former head of LASCO, noted that the transition was driven by a desire to secure a stable future for the firm’s employees and customers. Road Warrior continues to hunt for additional acquisition targets to widen its geographic reach and service depth.
