The rebranding effort, effective since June 29, arrives as the organization expands its geographic reach and service capabilities. According to CEO and President David Johnson, the move serves to better align the company's public identity with its current mission and future direction. He emphasized that the shift is purely cosmetic, leaving ownership, management, and personnel structures untouched.
Despite the new visual identity—which includes refreshed logos and digital assets—the organization maintains its core focus on serving the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. Board Chair Allen K. Hoe noted that the change reinforces the company's commitment to creating lasting benefits for the Native Hawaiian community. Existing contracts, partnerships, and daily operations remain unaffected by the transition, as the parent organization, Hawaiian Native Corporation, continues its role as a steward of the enterprise's long-term objectives.
