Josh Militello Named CEO of Polyconcept North America

Militello arrives at PCNA with a background in consumer goods and brand management. His most recent role was President of Dometic Mobile Cooling, where he oversaw the Igloo, Dometic, and Cool Gear brands. His resume also includes senior positions at Coleman, Bang & Olufsen America, and Masco Cabinetry. He intends to maintain the company’s focus on customer-centric growth strategies that defined his previous roles.

Neil Ringel will remain with the company as an advisor and a member of the Board of Directors, ensuring continuity for the firm’s partners and employees. Jesse Ge, Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners—the private equity firm backing PCNA—credited Ringel with building a strong foundation of distributor relationships. The board expects Militello to leverage his experience to drive further innovation within the branded merchandise sector.
