The filing marks the latest escalation in the ongoing divorce battle between Richards and Aaron Phypers. According to court documents, Richards contends that Phypers has a history of weaponizing her private information for press coverage. Her legal team is specifically pushing to block the disclosure of earnings from 32 Flavors Production, the entity behind her Bravo appearances, citing potential breach-of-contract repercussions.
This legal friction follows a series of financial setbacks for the actress. Earlier this year, a judge ordered Richards to pay $5,000 in monthly spousal support to Phypers, alongside a $30,000 payment to cover his legal and forensic accounting fees. Phypers, who claims his own income streams were disrupted in late 2024, has further demanded a share of Richards' earnings from OnlyFans and Smoke & Mirrors Entertainment, LLC, alleging his own creative labor contributed to those revenues.
Beyond the courtroom, the divorce has played out in public scrutiny. Richards previously alleged that Phypers leaked information regarding her cosmetic procedures, including a facelift and corrective surgery for a ruptured breast implant sustained during filming for Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. As the legal proceedings move forward, the request for a protective order remains a critical pivot point, aimed at preventing the further dissemination of her private business dealings.
